The EMpact One Foundation is excited to announce the launch of EMpact Athletics Academy, a new four-day summer camp designed to help young athletes build confidence and develop foundational athletic skills in a fun and encouraging environment.
The camp will take place Monday, July 20 through Thursday, July 23 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Boys & Girls Club of Saline County, located at 1810 Citizens Drive in Benton.
EMpact Athletics Academy is open to two age groups — ages 6–9 and ages 10–13 — and is designed for athletes of all skill levels. Unlike sport-specific camps, the program focuses on the core athletic skills that apply across all sports and activities, including speed, agility, coordination, balance, strength, teamwork, and leadership.
Participants will enjoy relay races, obstacle courses, movement drills, competitions, and confidence-building activities led by local student athletes and powered by The EMpact One Foundation.
“Our goal is to create a positive experience where young people can move, learn, grow in confidence, and have fun,” organizers said. “This camp is about much more than sports — it’s about helping kids feel encouraged, supported, and empowered.”
The cost to participate is $85 per athlete. Registration includes:
- Four evenings of instruction and activities
- Healthy snacks each evening
- An official EMpact Athletics Academy t-shirt
Financial assistance is available based on need, and no prior sports experience is required.
Space is limited and early registration is encouraged.
