1. Shoppes at Dogwood Springs – Phase 1 – 4707 Bryant Parkway, Richardson Engineering – Requesting Site Plan Approval
The Dogwood Springs development will include a shopping center and also a new pharmacy to be called Parkway Drug. The pharmacy and accompanying shopping center are owned by Jonathan Martin, who is the pharmacist and owner of Bryant Family Pharmacy. However, the soon-to-be-built Parkway Drug will be run by a wholly separate pharmacist and staff.
