The weather was drippy at the Saline County Christmas Parade, but the Christmas spirit was running high, and the floats and crowd were here for it. See below for the winners of best floats, and the photo gallery, and video!

Organizers say “there were so many incredible floats this year, and choosing just one was truly a challenge.” They thanked all participants for making this parade unforgettable. Best in Show Winners were:

The Saline County Christmas Parade is coming. The Downtown Benton Business Partnership revealed the theme for the 2025 parade is Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree. 🎸🎄That and the Saline County Courthouse Lighting ceremony are set to happen simultaneously on Monday, December 1st in downtown Benton.
It’s vintage holiday cheer with a rock ’n’ roll twist. Expect classic tunes, retro floats, poodle skirts, leather jackets, and a nod to the golden era of music, style, and Christmas magic! “We can’t wait to see how our community brings this theme to life!” said organizers in a statement. “From 1950s rock ’n’ roll flair inspired by Elvis, Buddy Holly, and Brenda Lee to shimmering retro holiday style, it’s all about music, memories, and a little extra Christmas cheer.”
At 6:00 p.m., the ceremony will begin on the Market Street side of the Courthouse. Meteorologist Tom Brannon will be live on THV 11, joined by three queens – Miss Arkansas Teen Amelia Lisowe, Miss Saline County Kennedy Stanley, and Miss Saline County Teen Presley Bennett. They will flip the switch to turn on all of the Courthouse lights.
At the same time, at the other end of Market Street, lighted parade floats and vehicles will be lined up at C.W. Lewis Stadium, and will begin their procession through the downtown Benton streets. See the parade route below.
Here’s the parade route. It begins at CW Lewis Stadium on S Market St, goes 6 blocks north to turn right on W North St, 1 block east to turn right on N Main St, then 7 blocks south to disperse – except for Santa, who gets dropped off at the Saline County Courthouse Gazebo.
After the parade, Santa will be in the Gazebo, and you can warm up with hot cocoa and cookies in the Cocoa House.
