County Clerk touts record voting numbers in 2026 Primary Election

Early Voting is finished in the 2026 Primary Election and voters came out in record numbers. The 2026 Primary Election now holds the record for highest voter turnout through mid-term primary early voting, according to Saline County Clerk Doug Curtis.

See below for the turnout numbers for in-person votes. Absentee ballot numbers will be shown later.

Saline County voters registered 12,289 votes (15.03% of registered voters) after 12 days of Early Voting. (This does not include Absentee Voting numbers.) In 2022, the final number of early votes was 11,333 (14.73% of registered voters).
