Saline County has been my home and my community for about 30 years. I’ve had the privilege of serving here in law enforcement for most of my career which spans 30+ years.
I served in Eastern Arkansas before moving to Saline County in 1996. I served at Saline County until 2009 and then served the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office as Special Agent for 5 years. I returned to Saline County until my retirement in 2021. After three years retired, I returned to service and am currently employed as Chief of Bauxite Marshal Service.
What motivates me every day is the connection I feel for Saline County and its people. I’ve seen the challenges we face, but I’ve also witnessed the strength and kindness of our citizens— and that inspires me to want to serve this county.
My passion comes from wanting to protect and serve the families, schools, and neighborhoods that make Saline County an awesome place to live.
I believe that law enforcement is most effective when it’s built on trust and partnership with the community and other local, state, and federal agencies.
That’s why I’m committed to transparency, accountability, and open communication. I want every citizen to feel confident that their safety is my top priority.
Serving Saline County isn’t just a job to me — it’s a calling. And I’m dedicated to ensuring that our community remains a safe and welcoming place for generations to come.
I pledge to lead the Sheriff’s Office with honesty, accountability, and respect for all citizens if given the opportunity.
