NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of November, 2023 in accordance with, ACA §14-22-101 et. seq., bids will be accepted for“Painted Pavement Marking” for the Road Department of Saline County, Arkansas. Specifications regarding the bid may be obtained at the Saline County Purchasing Office. Allbids must be received in the office of the Saline County Purchasing Specialist at the Saline County Courthouse, Room 115, 200 N.Main St., Benton, no later than 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 1, 2023, where they will be opened and read aloud.
The Saline County Judge shall have the right to reject any and all bids received.

PROBATE NOTICE
On November 6, 2023, an Affidavit for Collection of a Small Estate was filed with respect to the Estate of Josephine Wise, deceased, with the clerk of the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Saline County, Arkansas under Ark. Code Ann. 28-41-101.
The legal description of the legal properties listed in the Affidavit areas follows:
All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 23, Township 1 South, Range 15 West, Saline County, Arkansas,more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter, Section 23;thence South 00 deg. 50 min. 16 sec. East along the West line thereof,188.25 feet to a rebar; thence South 89 deg. 50 min. 38 sec. East 12.50feet to a rebar and the point of beginning; thence South 89 deg. 50 min.38 sec. East 395.53 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar inside a two inch diameter pipe in the West right of way line of Congo Road (50 foot wide right of way); thence South 05 deg. 52 min. 21 sec. East along said Road right of way, 25.00 feet to a one inch diameter pipe; thence South 03 deg. 15 min. 51 sec. East along said Road right of way, 163.19 feet to a two inch diameter pipe; thence North 89 deg. 53 min. 25 sec. West, leaving said Road, 407.55 feet to a rebar; thence North 00 deg. 03 min. 13 sec. East 188.09 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.7344 acres, more or less.
Subject to an easement for ingress and egress over the North 25 feet of the above described property.
All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, properly verified, to the distributee or his or her attorney within three (3)months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit of the estate.
