The 2025 Salt Bowl is going to be different this year, and yet the same as years past. The big rivalry football game is coming back home to Saline County, according to Benton and Bryant Public Schools.

As the home team for the 2025 game, Benton will host the event at Everett Field at Panther Stadium and the “Palace on the Parkway” in Benton on Friday night, August 29th.

T-SHIRTS
Stated Apparel will offer Salt Bowl apparel at 145 W. South Street in Downtown Benton or online.
GOODWILL
On August 17th – 29th, Goodwill stores in Benton and Bryant will collect Salt Bowl donations. Students, families, and the community are encouraged to donate gently used clothing and household items at their respective Goodwill locations. In addition to helping fund numerous programs that provide education, training, and employment assistance, donations collected will mean money for the school districts and gift cards for families in need.
Fans can also make a monetary donation at GoodwillAR.org, designating the school to support. The donations will be totaled, and the winning district will be named at the game.
The district with the most donations will receive a check for $1,500, along with $500 in gift cards to give to families in need. The second-place district will also receive $500 in gift cards, plus a check for $1,000.

PEANUT BUTTER
On Monday August 25th, it’s the beginning of the annual Salt Bowl Peanut Butter Drive competition between the schools and both districts. The drive will run through the end of September. Send peanut butter to your favorite school in each district.
PEP RALLIES
Each school will host their annual Pep Rally for the Salt Bowl Football game AND the Battle of the B-Towns Volleyball game.
💙The Bryant Pep Rally will be at 6pm on Tuesday, August 26 at Everett Buick GMC.
❤️The Benton Pep Rally will be at 6pm on Tuesday, August 26 at Everett Infiniti of Central Arkansas.
PRESS CONFERENCE
On Wednesday August 27th, see the Coaches’ and Players’ press conference. This will be at the Benton and Bryant Chamber luncheon, sponsored by First Security Bank. It’s 11:30am to 1pm at the Saline County Career and Technical Campus-ASU Three Rivers. RSVP with one of the Chambers.
Coach Brad Harris, Coach Quad Sanders and players from each team will be available for interviews about this year’s game. A Zoom link will be sent to the members of the media prior to the press conference.

VOLLEYBALL GAME
The Battle of the B-Towns will be Thursday, August 28th. The Bryant Lady Hornets Volleyball team taking on the Benton Lady Panthers at Hornet Arena at 5 pm. Purchase tickets to the volleyball game here.
TAILGATING
Arkansas’ Largest High School Tailgate Party, featuring vendors and organizations from across Saline County, will kick off at 4pm on the west side of Panther Stadium.
RJ Hawk and Thomas Thrash of Hooten’s Arkansas Football will host the Salt Bowl Game Day show in the tailgate area from 5:30-6:30pm and carried live on Pay Per View.
It will kick off at 4 pm on the West Side of Panther Stadium. Anyone interested in renting a booth space should contact the Benton Chamber of Commerce at 501-860-7002.
Pre-game festivities inside the stadium will begin at 6:20pm. Vendor Booths will close at 7 pm.
FOOTBALL GAME
The Salt Bowl returns to Saline County on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. The location is Everett Buick GMC Field at Panther Stadium.
The Donnie Burks Award will be presented prior to kickoff of the game.
At halftime, the Benton Panther Band, Benton Cheer and Pep Steppers will perform.
PAY-PER-VIEW
There will be a Pay-Per-View option for this year’s game. Individuals may purchase PPV for $40, and businesses may purchase it for $250.

TICKETS
Read below for Ticket Sales for Bryant and Benton fans. All tickets are $15/CASH ONLY. “Tickets will be sold until the fire marshal tells us to stop!” said Salt Bowl co-founder Shane Broadway.
BRYANT TICKET INFO
PARENTS – Parents/guardians of Bryant football travel team players, cheer, dance, and band students can purchase 2 tickets through their student’s coach or director.
LIMITED SEATS – Since Bryant is the visiting team this year, fewer seats have been allotted, which means a limited number of tickets will be available.
BLUE TICKETS – Bryant patrons will receive blue, Bryant-branded tickets.
STUDENTS – Bryant High School students may purchase one ticket during lunch beginning Monday, August 18. Seniors will have the first opportunity to purchase tickets.
GENERAL – General admission tickets will go on sale Thursday, August 21 at Hornet Stadium ticket booth from10am-2pm or until sold out.
COST – Tickets are $15 each, CASH ONLY, with a limit of two tickets per person. AAA passes are accepted for general admission only.
ENTRANCE – All fans may enter through the home gate for pregame festivities. After 6pm Benton fans must use the Benton gate, and Bryant fans must use the Bryant gate.
