Tip of the month for March

Since we are going to be starting spring soon, we have spring break upon us, and of course St. Patricks day on the17th (dont forget to wear your green on this date). I felt it would be good to let everyone know not to drink and drive. Fot people under the age of 21 if you are .02 to .07 you could get a DUI. If anyone blows .08 or higher they will be charged with DWI. I do not want anyone to be mislead that if you drink and drive, get pulled over and you fail the test's you will more than likely go to jail. Stay safe guys and gals and if you drink while at a party or just out with some friends have a designated driver with you. Make dure your designated driver soes not start drinking and never ride in a care with an intoxicated person.

Just as an addition to the post on alcohol it is also illegal to drive if you have been takeing medication that alters your state of mind, downers or uppers. DO NOT TAKE SLEEPING MEDICATION AND DRIVE. We have been encountering this issue here lately. Stay safe out there guys and if you think you are behind an impaired driver call 911 ASAP. If you are in the City of Benton you can call 778-1171. In the City of Bryant you can call 847-0211.
