I've seen stories saying the recall petition needs 2400 signatures.

Arkansas code 14-48-114 says that signatures need only total only 35% of total votes from the previous election.  I saw online that Dabbs and Mitchell received 2728 and 2308 votes.

35% of the total 5036 would be merely 1763 signatures needed, correct? Am I missing something?

Yes, you are Adrian Henley.  But then again, you could be Danny Steele.  Or his lovely wife, Linda.  Or then again, you could be Brenda Miller.  Pick one, anyone.  All the same.

I am not Adrian Henley, I am one of the many supporters of this drive.

Sign tax was part of the Mayors sign ordinance that failed because it required businesses to pay a tax on the establishment of the sign.  Some people may call that a fee but it is nothing more than a sneaky way to create more revenue for the city  ie..tax

Adrain Henley;

When did she propose a sign tax? Unaware of this by Dabbs. Please explain when this happened?
