Well, according to the Government definition I do. It's a 22 my dad bought me for Christmas at Otasco when I was about 10 years old. It sure has been fun to use for #1 and 2 but wouldn't help much for #3

I prefer not to answer but HYPOTHETICALLY IF I did own an 'assault' weapon it would be for reasons 1 and 3 and other reasons not listed above.

Yes, for home protection, AK-47 semi with a 3 loaded 30 round clips.
