With Governor Beebe out of state today I had the privilege of signing SB131 into law. SB131 will now and forevermore be know as Act145 and protects the privacy of over 130,000 Arkansans who hold a concealed weapons license. Thank you to Senator Bruce Bruce Holland for sponsoring this and Representative Andy Davis for being the House sponsor. I'm not sure if I'm the first Lt.
