Chuck "Chuxter" Matthews Memorial Fund
For those of you who knew Chuck, he unfortunately passed away Wednesday night of natural causes. Chuck was a popular karaoke DJ here in central Arkansas.
His family has set up a bank account for those who would like to help his family pay for funeral and burial expenses. From his daughter on Facebook:

We have set up a memorial fund at Arvest Bank for my dad. It's called the Chuck Matthews Funeral Fund. We appreciate everything everyone is doing to help my family and dad out. I know he would have done the same for anyone. He was such a great guy. — with Chuck Matthews III.

Monday 6-8pm is the viewing at Ashby's
Tuesday 10am is the funeral

Chuck was such a nice guy. I believe he was an "honorary" member of EVERY Bryant High School graduating class of the 1980s! He was always ready with a smart wit or a word of encouragement. I remember in 2004 when our class was planning our 20th and we had a website to go to. He was very kind to offer assistance to a situation I was dealing with at the time. (Of course, this was way before the Facebook craze.)
Chuck, rest in peace. I'll always remember your kind words and telling me you would back me up. Peace bro.
