I gathered this from the online docket reports: 

It appears this case has been going on since 2009.  Based upon the parties' agreement and compromise, the Judge ordered the parties to sell some real estate in Feburary 2012.  The sale was set and held on May 8.  Then, Milligan filed the "report of sale" claiming he conducted the sale when, in fact, he was not even present that day.  Now the third-party purchaser has filed to set that sale aside because the property is encumbered by liens among other issues with the sale.

Didn't Milligan say that he was running a more efficient office?  I don't think so.  This would be a prime example as to why the office of the Saline County Circuit Clerk should have an experienced leader with experienced staff.  

On another note:  THANK YOU to the Administrative Office of the Courts for requiring the filings be scanned and put online so I could just look it up from home.

Once again, TheLiar speaks, knows nothing about what he's talking about.  If it was such a load of crap, how did he and Ken Green and Steve Glenn get so much done in so little time during their service to the city?  When he was GOP Chairman, how do you explain 11 of 13 candidates being elected under his leadership?  "Poor" Shayne Knight is also an effective, "can-do" man who doesn't deserve your diminishing as a "mouthpiece."

You fear Meyer because he is right, because he is effective, and because he cleans your clock.  His goals and standards reverberate with voters and political activists because he puts them, the city and the county first, unlike YOUR scurrilous group of manipulators.  He has more integrity under his toenail than any 10 people in your circle.

I can't truly understand any Democrat getting weird over THEIR GUY getting crossover support from a known Republican.  Isn't that what you guys want?  Except when it was Pennington.  Then, we find Democrats crossing over for Ward.  And that's okay, supposedly.

Rick Meyer is for TRANSPARENCY?! Hahahahahahahahaha. THAT is the biggest load of crap I've read on this site in years. If Mr. Meyer is truly on the side of transparency, then he'd run for office himself, instead of being the "man behind the curtain" for the likes of Mayor Dabbs and Mr. Milligan and now Shereif Pennington. HE'D be the head of the SCGOP, not running it behind the scenes with poor Shane Knight as his mouthpiece.

You are referring only to past support by Meyer for Sheriff Pennington, who once ran as a Democrat (whatever that means when applied to a LE officer.)  He was a right choice then, and now.  On rare past occasions, such as the Pennington campaign, I crossed over as well and supported the right man, as opposed to blind loyalty to a party.
