The word from some friends of mine is that they went Friday night and Strawhat Pizza was closed. I called just now (630pm on a Saturday) and there was no answer. No clues on the owner's Facebook. Anyone have news?

And they're Hornets Blue! Well, actually the paint is Michigan Blue, but we can call it Hornets Blue!
Have a look at the rear fenders on these. They all have the phrase "Remember 9-11." It's a a great double meaning: of course you're going to dial 911 in an emergency, but the phrase also urges us to never forget the day our country was attacked and… Continue

trove of ambassadors
And two or three or four
Services - that is - "at your."
If you can at least somewhat
see the vision I see,
You know MySaline…

I'm getting pretty tired of trying to feed dogs that bite me. Here I am trying to stick up for the anonymous bloggers and I'm getting a barrage of folks who want to violate the site policy and then cry censorship or First Amendment.
Say whatever you want, but if it exists only to start a fight, you gotta leave. These are the same rules in my house. You don't have to leave just because I disagree with you. But you will be escorted out if you are rude, belligerent, argumentative etc.… Continue

He's not Jerry Lee Lewis and doesn't pretend to be, but Jason D. Williams sure has Jerry Lee's style and knows how to get the crowd hoppin. But then scroll down and check out some of the video from this rockabilly artist. He's all over his piano, with his… Continue

Saline County has become the ninth county in Arkansas to put access to public court records on the Internet, Saline County Circuit Clerk Dennis Milligan announced.
“The days of people driving to the court house to look up or copy court records are vanishing. With the high price of gasoline, accessing records on the Internet just makes good sense,” Milligan said.

I said on Thursday or something that if people would start a new topic, they'd be entered into a contest to win an electronic copy of the 1989 recording by myself and my BFF Kristi Kolberg, entitled "Chicken Bone."
There were quite a few entries and I'm happy about that. I didn't say how I would decide the winner or how the song would be delivered. I just needed a bunch of new topics and YEAH BABY I GOT 'EM!!!
Alright so here goes... I picked Joe's post because it had… Continue
