Boys & Girls Club Teaches Kids to Grow and Cook Veggies

The Boys & Girls Club of Bryant has been teaching kids to grow plants and vegetables this summer. In particular, they are learning to water and feed tomato plants, flowers and other plants. They tend to their garden on a weekly basis. Detour Set Up Monday on Part of Boone Road Due to Improve Project

The City of Bryant Street Department says they will be closing Boone Road from Tanglewood to Lea Circle on Monday 6/27/16 at 7:30 am. Residents that live on Boone Road in this area will have access through the closure. All other through traffic will be stopped and turned around. Detour signs will be posted.

Bryant Police Seek Bank Robbery Suspect from Thursday Morning

I'm hearing from a MySaline reader that his wife walked into Bank of the Ozarks in Bryant right as robbery suspects were walking out, and that she contacted him after the bank went on lockdown, as she is stuck inside while the bank follows procedure. This bank location is at Highway 5 North near Goodwill.

Now we know what new business is moving into Dr. Skelley's old office in Bryant

The doctor is out. The doctor is in. I had one local business owner ask me what's going in the office where Dr. Christopher Skelley was on Bryant Avenue - aka facing Walmart. Salt Bowl, the big rivalry game between Benton & Bryant, coming Sept 2nd

Some Bryant Water Customers May Be Affected by Improvements Thursday

According to the City of Bryant, residents some may experience a loss of water pressure Wednesday due to a water line upgrade in the area.

Residents who may be affected will be in the vicinity of NW 4th Street, Tanglewood and Lea Circle.
