I am so glad our Saline County police take all crime seriously. Many of our air conditioner units were vandalized for the copper at my church in Mabelvale which lies just inside Pulaski County. The police there didn't seem too interested in finding the culprits. Thanks for finding the copper thieves that were tearing up AT&T lines.

Mr. Pennington needs just one more term to get a full retirement from the citizens of Saline County. What has he done to earn a continued paycheck on the backs of the taxpayer?
Our county is a mess. Saline County has a reputation and it's not a good one. We are the butt of many jokes; ones that cannot be defended because they are true.
Regarding the race for Sheriff and law enforcement experience, no one can deny that Pennington has more windshield time than Ward. My first thought is "So". The issues of this county aren't that we can't find and arrest the criminals, it's that the system isn't working or isn't being managed effectively.
