There is no such thing as a "DRY" county in Arkansas
Now before you begin a vicious attack telling me how wrong and ridiculous my title is, hear me out. Alcohol may be purchased in any county in Arkansas at a private club or restaurant that retain proper permits and licensing. So what we have is not "dry" counties, but rather counties that "make it very inconvenient for its residents to purchase alcohol to take home to consume". I reside in a county that is "wet" in the city limits of Ft. Smith but "dry" in the rest of the county. How…
