Just to let you know, I live kinda caddy-corner across the street from you at 2900 Denise. So if you help with anything and Blake isn't around for whatever reason, let me know, and I'll be glad to help.
To reach the location of the building in the picture you take Mt Ida Road west for approximately 6 miles, cross Cedar Creek bridge, then turn right on Buffalo Road and continue for about a mile plus.
