The answer is fairly easy to answer, SOME OWNERS REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ANIMALS!! They don't care, about their animals or the people who live around them who are forced to deal with their animals.
These people who claim that a dog has attacked someone and then that person has to go back into the same neighborhood and continue to live with the dog have a screw loose. A dog that has attacked someone can be put down. Now why would a dog be allow…
I'm all for dog control, but please don't single out one particular breed to be labeled as "vicious." I think the leach laws should be enforced and dog owners should be responsible for obeying the law.

Wizard of Oz at Tinseltown at Tinseltown, Benton

Way to go, Bryant!
Great to see Bryant named to CNN's top 100 best U.S. small cities to live in - the only Arkansas city named to the list. This has to be a good feather in the economic hat for all of Saline County.
