MYSALINE HEART WALK TEAM
I suspect that a great many of us has known someone
who has had either a stroke or heart disease.
I'll go ahead and divulge for the sake of the cause
that I personally have been dealing with
a sudden and prolonged bout with very high blood pressure,
though it has been low for all the preceding days of my life.
So I'm doing this to help others, but because
I'll have to do some walking to get ready for this,
I'm doing it for my own health as well.
Y'all, I plan on putting my heart into this,
but I'm going to need your help!
