First Shot LLC in Bauxite is one of three Arkansas businesses suing Facebook in a class action lawsuit. The plaintiffs sell gun-related merchandise and services and they say that Facebook block their marketing, but doesn’t play by the same rules for the larger advertisers. The other two companies suing are Farm Diva LLC of Little Rock, and American Tiger Firearms LLC of Maumelle.
Attorneys William P. Creasman and David Slade of Carney Bates & Pulliam PLLC in Little Rock are representing the group. The case began in Saline County Circuit Court but has been moved to the U.S. District Court for Eastern District of Arkansas case number 4:19-CV-00388.
