Just got my "natural blonde" put back in at Shear Impressions with Amy, and there's a new flat iron that's better than a Chi. It's called a Croc and the thing heats up to 430 degrees! It straightened my hair lickety split! Now I want one, but helloooo! $150!!!

thank you for the info on the mineral makeup -- i'm thinking of giving it a try -- but i definitely need serious red coverage :)

I love this group --- because, just like your comment just did. I got so many great ideas on what makeup to use -- that's always been a big thing with me. I only use Clinique. My skin is really sensitive and picky --- my face, I guess you call it acne rosacia -- looks like a sunburn -- so I even out the tones and cover up the red with Clinique continuous coverage foundation. I love that mineral makeup and I'd like to be able to wear it 'cause it does make your skin glow, but it doesn't cover up the skin tones enough for my 'picky' skin. Another reason I like this group is so that I can get ideas for the best places to shop for clothes. Sometimes I wish we could wear uniforms at work so that I wouldn't have to worry 'bout what to wear every day. And then there's --- what is the best brand to wear --- like this lady customer came in at work yesterday and those jeans looked great on her --- she was 'round my age -- so I asked her what kind of jeans are those -- she said Gap jeans. I mean they looked comfortable, they weren't too low or too high in the waist, etc. Also at my work, we are not allowed to wear 'no sleeve' shirts, and this poses a problem for me because some of the girls are too cold at work and they keep the air conditioner way up there, well so there ya go, I'd rather not fight over the air so I use a small fan at my desk -- n e way I'll quit rambling on and on now --- :)
