When I learned that OJ Simpson’s public approval rating was 17% and the United States Congress public approval is 4%, I knew that things have to change in Washington and all over the nation.

If you were a big company, would you speed up your attempts to control politicians right now or play it a little cooler because people are beginning to stir over your greed and power by being treated as a person by the courts?

If I was a company, I would put the petal to the metal and at the same time run green advertisements to make it looked like I was all friendly with the american consumer.  That is just kinda the way I think a big company that has the right to be treated like an individual would act.
Who was it said, "I'll believe companies are people after they execute one in Huntsville (Texas Prison)."

Grass roots politics, as it is called is the people seeing the necessity for change.  Obama filled up a park with 100 thousand people with one hope at his party’s convention, the hope for Change.  Well, IT IS CHANGING.

People are coming after work to protest the power of BIG COMPANIES.  People are flooding the streets of the west coast to block ports.  An eighty five year old woman went to a protest in Seattle and had pepper sprayed directly into her eyes.  Her comment was This is what democracy looks like. It certainly left an impression on the people who rode the No. 1 bus home with me. In the women’s movement there were signs which said: ‘Screw us and we multiply.’”

Link to Pic and quote of 80 year old woman.

My dad told me that what I wanted to do was get a job with a big company.  I wish he had said that what I should do was start my own company.

Having your own company is fine.  Having it legally described as an individual with the rights of an individual is NOT FINE!
I put this GROUP on my saline dot com to call attention to bought and paid for legislative bodies that take contributions to enable large multinational corporations to steal and corrupt public officials.  I just as well could have called the group "Come Together."

Not sure the best way to do links yet but I'll figure it out. This is about the beginning of the movement.

Only put the group up around noon 12/14 and don't think it got the OK until later so group has only been several hours when you joined.

Quality is more important that quantity but it is obvious that this movement has a LOT of quantity also.

Actually I am not sure how 'involved' I will be in this but there are officers from MF Global testifying before congress this week that say they don't know HOW the funds from the depositors accounts got into the futures trading department (which is illegal in US Banks).
These officers include the CEO Jon Corzine http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jon_Corzine .  These CEO's make millions and when they screw up they go to the depositors of the bank and say, "We don't know where the money went.'  Over a BILLION dollars they lost on bond trading and they DON'T KNOW WHERE IT WENT.  Ludicrous.  Is that all these CEO's have to do is plead I DON'T KNOW?  They get the millions for THAT?

This is the 10th largest bankruptcy in U.S. history and he is testifying before congress that he doesn't know what happened.  LOL!
