My daughter is a foster home for animals, but she is pregnant and is no longer able to care for two dogs. She is desperately seeking a permanent or foster home for Vince and a permanent home for Gabby.
Vince is just shy of a year old. He is a Rottweiler mix. He is good with cats and other dogs. He hasn't been around children, but we have no reason to think that he would be difficult. He would make a fantastic guard dog (with the exception of his wagging tail!) He is kennel trained and knows "sit" and walks well on a leash. He has been neutered. He is a rescue and will require an adoption fee of $150 to cover the cost of his neuter, shots, heartworm preventative, etc. He is currently about 60 pounds.
Gabby is one year old. She is a black lab who is house broken, kennel trained, wonderful with other pets and children. She has been spayed. She knows several commands and some tricks both to sound and sign. My daughter raised Gabby from a puppy and she is heartbroken at not being able to keep her, but with the pregancy and multiple other animals is too much with a work and school schedule and no roommate to assist her.
If you know of anyone who would love on these animals, please let me know. If you know of someone willing to foster Vince that too, would be most appreciated. You can reach her at 326-2628 or my office at 501-778-3378.
