Hello everyone! Yes, this is a self-promotion thing, but I wanted to call your attention to a heart health contest that's going on that will be followed by radio and TV media, and I am one of 20 contenders to be one of four contestants in this Central Arkansas contest. It lasts for two months and we are on a quest to improve our health and are the poster people for the community.

What can you do (and why would you care)? I believe I am one of the FEW people in Saline County in the running for this. I am trying to get votes on Facebook so I can be one of the contenders.
